ABOUT ME

Lucrezia Zanin BSc (Hons), Lic. Ac., AAC member

Lucrezia graduated from University of Westminster with a First Class BSc Honours degree in Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. She also trained in Tui Na – Chinese medical massage.

Her passion for skin health and rejuvination led her to study and practice Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture.

She decided to transmute her love for holistic wellbeing into her profession by providing high quality treatments for your health, treating the root that causes the imbalances in the body, not only the specific symptom.

She’s also a Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha aims to improve circulation and blood flow. It involves scraping the skin in strokes with a tool (gua) that causes the skin to become purple or in red spots (petechiae or sha).

Tui Na

Tui Na is believed to be the oldest system of bodywork and is one of the four main branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside acupuncture.

With Electro-Acupuncture, needles are placed in the body and then connected together using small clips and a wire which is connected to a device that delivers small electrical impulses.

Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture is a natural, non-toxic, anti-ageing treatment known to be highly effective in addressing fine lines, wrinkles and other skin issues. 

My approach is constitutional, meaning that body points will also be included during the session, as in Chinese Medicine skin issues often arise from internal organ imbalances. Therefore when the health and wellbeing improves, the skin does too.
